PHP updates still available?

I was wondering if PHP upgrades are still on offer as I requested one on sunday and nothing has happened. If they are I know you are busy with stoli and delays are understandable and I was just wondering abou the situation.

Do a search in the forums, there is a way to make MyBB work without using version 3.
