php upgrad pending(since 4 days)

first of all i don't know the meaning of the word pending... i looked it up, but it doesn't really makes sense to me!
well 4 days now that i got the acception for the upgrade... nothing changed since that! is that normal?
i don't know much about the size of php but i guess that would take a view minutes to update...

did you guys forgot about me? :dunno:

It appears you have the intermediate version.
What version of PHP did you request?

i had basic and i will hopefully get Intermediate

that's the message:
