PHP upgrade complaint

I got an email confirming that i'd been accepted to upgrade my PHP to intermediate. its now been over 24hours since i got the confirmation email.

I got told it would take no longer that 24hrs.

I've also noticed LOTS of other thread about the time it takes you to chance the PHP version for accounts.

I'd like it done ASAP. I'm pretty desperate to get my forum installed.

We are still transferring accounts from Vox to Stoli, so the PHP version upgrade script can't run.
Corey thinks he'll finish with account transfers today, please be patient.

We can not give a time due to complications that can arise.
