php upgrade pending

Hi.
Looking through the support forums, I have seen multiple threads on upgrade problems.
Now, I've requested an upgrade a long time ago, before my previous thread, and I have still have not been upgraded. It has been pending for good over a week and a half now, and it's frankly getting annoying. Is it the fault of the server I'm on (absalout) or is it something else?

When did you apply for the upgrade? Also what version did you apply for?

Applied for Intermediate. I'm on basic.

I don't think your request passed smoothly, try upgrading again from the account management panel and make sure you enter the reason for the upgrade.
