PHP Upgrade Problem

Hi,

I am a member of absolut server. My username is cclworld and my site is http://cclworld.co.cc . I saw that my PHP version has been changed from Intermidiate to Basic automatically. Now, when I am trying to apply for PHP Version Upgrade, it says that "An error occurred with your PHP version change request. Try again later or contact x10Hosting. (Code 4)".

Please upgrade my PHP version manually from Basic to Intermidiate. I want to use mail() and cURL() function.

I have exactly the same problem, on the same server and I was on Intermediate but it has been set back to Basic and get the same error message when i try to upgrade.

I've just discovered how to open a Support Ticket, so I've done that. It seems to be a new feature added since I arrived here

i was downgraded too, when i try to hit the upgrade button it gives me an error and i still cant use my wordpress.

i was at intermediate and now i am at basic, please fix this issue.

According to our backend, you do still have Intermediate PHP.
We are currently experiencing problems with our PHP settings at the moment
