PHP Upgrade request

hi, i'm trying request a php upgrade, however, when i click on submit a ticket it tells me to login which i try to do but then i get it says i have to register. When trying to do that i get this message:

ERROR: You do not have enough permissions to access this page. Please log in by entering your e-mail address and password.is there somewhere else i can request an upgrade from? i'm on the Stoli.x10 server.

No PHP upgrades are being processed at this time. Everyone is on the upgraded (V2) version. The highest (V3) is 99% of the time not granted and not necessary.

Your ticket login is the same as your forum login, you should not have to register. If you still cannot get into the ticket system, I will inform the staff so they can help you.

Thanks for the reply. I orginally had the upgraded (v2) version but right now it's showing basic in my cPanel. I am now able to log in to support. Thanks for your help.
