PHP upgrade

I've applied for a php upgrade to intermidate level. I got an email saying that I was accepted and that in 3 hours it may change..

This email is being sent to let you know that your application for a PHP version upgrade to PHP v2 was accepted by x10Hosting's administrator for the hosting account ********.

Remember that it may take up to three hours for your account's version to be switched - you will receive another email once this happens.

If you have any issues with this, please seek support on x10Hosting's support forums.

Anyways it's been over 8 hours still no word. Maybe I am just being a little too impatient but I thought I would post something about it... :happysad: I feel bad just posting this after all you guys offer a completely free service..
