I think I found the cause for my site being suspended. I was approved for the level 2 php at 9:03am (it is now 12:34am the next day) (still waiting on it) and Gallery is using too much resources so it triggers the suspension. It had said up to 12 hours, what is taking it so long?

I have not gotten a email, but my account page shows I have the level 2 package. *runs a quick test* ok, my contact form is working meaning mail() function is working, so even though I havn't gotten a email yet it is upgraded. Thank you. (quick question tho. does the lvl2 pkg allow for enough resources to use Gallery?)
