PHP Upgrade

I am attempting to install phpBB 3.0.2 on my hostin account cutsaw.pcriot.com.

It returns memory errors which means i need the upgrade to 3 in order to install. I put in the request several days ago and I have yet to hear anything back from support. I need the upgrade to include the forum in the current website. Please update ASAP.

What level of php do you have now? Staff are aware of phpBB installation issues, so I would hang tight as level 3 requests are only temporary or for highly trusted users, due to it's lack security.

I have PHP level 2 and it seems to not be enough to install. I get a 403 error when going past the advanced options settings

and the error log says something about the functions asking for too much memory
