PHP Upgrade

Could you please update my php version to the Intermediate PHP Configuration because i cant do it from the account managment page im getting the following error:
An Error Has Occurred
An error occurred with your PHP version change request. Try again later or contact x10Hosting. (Code 4)

My info:

Primary Domain:http://killclan.x10hosting.com
co.cc Domain: www.kill-clan.co.cc
