Ive installed a vb forum, and my admincp doesn't work.

I reported this to vb and got told this

'Hello,


Your host has disabled certin functions requred for vBulletins operation.

Im already on the intermediate version of PHP, do i need to request the next version?

If so what are the chances of me been accepted?

PHP upgrades have been suspended for now. Which, is probably what has caused this. We are preforming some work on the server in which your account is on, Once this is complete, it should work again. We apologize for any trouble this has caused.

One way to get rid of these errors would be to comment out a few lines of code, I can attempt to do this for you if you don't want too.

Also, if you could tell me which files you edited, so once the php upgrades are back on i can re-upload them.

Hello,

Moved to Level 2 Support, Thread Renamed -> "php [vBulletin error]"

The file I edited was includes/functions.php. It doesn't matter, as the function needed is in the next level of PHP, and since the reason you need it doesn't justify us giving it to you, you should be all set. Basically it's what shows the load averages in your admin control panel of our server, you can just as easily get that from your cPanel, so I don't see a need to upgrade for that.

Can you please confirm and make sure that it's working correctly before I close this?
