PHP Verion change on paid account?

I'm looking to use PHP version 4 for mysql -- I understand that can't be done on a free account... can it be done on any level of paid account?

Unfortunately we do not support PHP/MySQL 4 with any of our shared hosting services. You would need to manage your own virtual private server for this sort of requirement. More information on our virtual private server services is available on our website here: http://x10vps.com
