You really shouldn't need exec for most of the scripts; It looks like it is trying to use it to get the server load. I would just comment out that line.

Is it anyway to get the exec() working if it doesn't have a server load stat it won't be a good torrent tracker site right
Is it anyway or you just block it for a reason

So you don't need to be the tracker and you don't need to open your computer for 24 hr
just seed until someone download from you and seed too. then now when someone connect to you and you are offline

it will read from the web tracker(and find the seed) but not you

I know but i still got a exec() problem it doesn't look nice even i comment it out the theme is still there

so i don't want to edit all the theme

You are ignoring the fact that we do not allow you to link to illegal content which it seems your site is going to do.
