php zip extension not found while installing concrete5. What should I do?

I tried to install Concrete5 from cpanel but an error has occurred while installing.
The following errors were found :
* Required PHP extension not found : zip
When I followed some posts online about this problem they said to ask hosting providers to enable zip extension. So please help me sort this
