although my panel says im on intermediate version of php i still get this error when trying to install my vb forum

Have you received the second email about the PHP upgrade? You will get two. 1. The first one tells you you got accepted. 2. This second email will confirm that your upgrade has been completed.

to be honest i never even requested it.
i just thought it was on that version because i got my old account terminated and signed up again with same info, my old account had intermediate version of php.

Then i would suggest requesting for the intermediate php version in the account management panel. http://x10hosting.com/account

i cant because it says that ive got it now, so it wont let you request it.

It takes 6-12 hours for it to become active.
