php_curl module

I have uploaded thing script that should connect to my hotmail account. But while reading through, it said something about $php_curl modules having to be installed or the curl libraries. Im not too sure on the matter, I dont know what it is and really need help, i want to get this script working if possible

Do you know if there is any way of getting the libraries via php files, like emulate the libraries?
