Hey guys!
I haven't used my forums for a few months that I run on my account.
Today I tried to reply to a message on there for the first time and noted this error;

A quick search revealed this help support article;

In relation to my issue this section seems to address my problem;
If you are using a hosting company, then the first order of business is to contact them. The majority of hosts do support mailing from the server, so simply reporting the error may solve the problem. If they have purposely disabled the mail function, ask if they have a local SMTP server you can use and what authentication information it requires (they may provide you with a username/password).
Is there any way you guys can help please? I know we had major upgrades recently and I am wondering if it's possibly to undisable what has possibly been disabled?
Best wishes and thanks for your time guys!
Sorry about the mega post!
Tom H.
Edit:
Hey guys, sorry to hassle, but my traffic is significantly up the last two days on my forums and this is bad timing. I'm pretty sure this problem has stuffed new registrations as well and is not allowing people to communicate on the forum... I'm really sorry to ask for help again, but I really have no idea what to do...
Best wishes,
Tom...
