Is phpbb3 going to be added to fantastico? Now its released phpbb3 Gold. I think it should be added.
If yes, is there any date?

It may when Corey gets around to that. But, the easiest was to get phpBB3 onto your hosting would be to download the software from the phpBB site and upload the files to the hosting.

Fresh installs will need a database installed, while an upgrade should only need an upgrader.
