Phpbb 3 not working

I have uploaded my phpbb3 forum script to my site
webuser.exofire.net

but as i am going to the installation page it is showing a blank page instead of installation form

Pls help me regarding this how can it be solved

Wait until an account manager approves your application. After it is approved it takes 24~48 hours for the php level script to run and then your phpbb3 should work after the script is run and the proper version is used on your account.

Hard to really tell. How long since you received your e-mail has it been?
