hi guys. Can someone show me how to make a template for phpbb2 or phpbb3. Any help would be appreciated!

go back to phpbb and look at the knowledge base. there are lots of stuff teaching you how to make and edit files. i'm sure you'll find a template making one. if not use subsilver as a practice skin.
