Where do I install the phpBB3 files and what url will I use to access it? I tried using fantastico de luxe but I don't know in what directory i will install it in.

Depends where you want it.

In Root ( so its www.mydomain.com )
in a directory ( so it would be www.mydomain.com/forum

What do I need to enter in the directory? I tried entering my url with the /forums (ex. http://l33tgaming.x10hosting.com/forums/) but it says no valid directory name provided.

Just add "Forums" to the box. It will automatically save in home/CPANELNAME/public_html/forums. You will then have a folder named "forums" in your public_html folder.

I succesfully installed it but I cannot login. Will I use the username and password that I entered in the installation or do I need to register.

You should be able to use the user name and password you entered during installation.

I tried it but it says that i have specified an incorrect password. I'm sure that I'm using the correct username and password. I even checked my e-mail for it.

Edit: It's okay now, I just reinstalled it and used a different password.

You could always create a user with admin rights. Then you can edit it from the admincp panel of phpbb.
