People ask me about this quite a lot so I thought I'd post it in a thread...
I've just completed my first MOD for phpBB, phpBB Mobile. It allows phpBB to check the user agent of the person visiting the site, and display a different style if the user agent is, say, "iPhone".
Currently there are only two styles for mobile, and one is in beta.
