phpBB upgrade to 3

Ok so my site has phpbb forum installed, but i wanted to upgrade it to version 3 just wondering how i would do this?

phpbb 3 require sqlite to install. but on x10hosting sqlite is temporary disable due to maintenance on servers. So you have to wait for it...
