PHPBB V3.0.3 Help Needed

Hi,
Will some one please help me out here, im currently having problems with all new styles on my site once i install and activate them, i go to click on post a new topic but it isnt there if some one will please register so that i can make them an admin to sort out the problem i will give them 100 credits,

It wont let me post normally it would say post a new topic but for the new styles it doesnt have this or a graphic!!

Then, um. Don't use a new style. I'm gonna ask a mod to move this, this isn't an x10 issue.
