hello,

This is not really a problem (yet) but I notice something weird on c-panel in fantastico, it tells me I have two phpbb 3.01 installed with an update advice to 3.02.
In phpbb administration panel I see both have 3.02 allready (wich should be the right info because I did that update when it was released).
In fact 3.02 is not even the newest stable release but 3.03 is and before I start figuring out how to best go about to update again I would like to be sure this will not cause extra trouble.

A bit of extra info:

I was allready trying to update one of the boards to 3.03 (and failing) before the server move, after the server move I seemed stuck halfway the update(incomplete) ..so I solved that by reverting to a full recent public area backup (so glad i had one)

Now I really don t know what to do, should I:

-Update to phpbb 3.02 in fantastico (wich version the boards allready are?¿)
-Update to phpbb 3.03 in admin panell phpbb (wich allready went wrong before the move leaving me with a blanco board)

I m lost ... hope someone can help/advice, the board url's are http://winmx.exofire.net/EF and ...../NLF

Thanks ahead, ..Joshua

PS: something also strange is seeying that alot looks offline in the home info area while everything seems to be working.
Edit: spelling edit ;-)

I would recommend doing the upgrades via PHPBB not Fantastico. From what I see it looks like your forum was updated via PHPBB and not Fantastico, leaving Fantastico behind.

Hi ScottD,
Thanks for your reply, and yes you are right it was updated in phpbb administration, the server move made me look at what was new in c-panel and so I stumbled upon this older apparantly unupdated info.

Main question answered so i will close the thread ... thanks again ScottD
