i added this ziped file and i extracted it on the cpannel but i dont know how 2 get it to work i made a sub-domain forums.caldscape.pcriot.com but what is next i got FTP but i don't know how to work it has anyone got ideas or a guide or something that could help me:dunno:

If you have the files uploaded, go to the directory you uploaded and you will see a setup screen. Make sure you have setup a mysql database first, and then complete the installation screen and you will have an installation of phpBB.

Login to your account panel: http://x10hosting.com/login with your FORUM user\pass. Once logged in there is a section on the left to request the new version of PHP. Request Version 2(Intermediate)
