PHPbb3 Expert Needed

Hello, i am having problems with PHPbb3. I have installed and customized everything successfully but the one thing i can't do is post. Every time i try to create a new thread and click the submit button, it comes up with this error :-

The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again.

My site is http://forums.sohailtech.com/ and i will pay 50 credits to whoever can fix this. PHPbb3 is a beta release so this could be a tricky job. I DON'T want somebody saying they know how to do this then ending up messing up the whole site as i have done it a few times myself and i don't want it to happen again.

Mine seems to be version 3.0.0. I downloaded the latest version just a few days ago. So maybe i haven't got the beta version.

No i do not have an IRC client. Plus it is quite difficult to find one these days for Macintosh. But i can give you the login information and the FTP information for you to fix it if you can...

Or if you could talk to the support for me then that would be great. This error only came up after I changed my skin to one called 'blue'. I used to have trouble logging in to the ACP but i fixed that, the one thing i cannot fix is being able to post.

Are the style for 3.0.0 and not for 3 rc5?

That would explain a lot. I think it is because that must be the reason why it was all messing up in the first place. Thanks for your help and i will try changing the skin today. If anything messes up again then i'll let you know. :)

You may have permissions set wrong :coolugh:

I have no idea what to do about the permissions :(.
I'm going to reinstall it today without custom skins and everything, and then i'll try using one of the latest skins so that it won't mess up.
I'll let you know if i have anymore problems but first i need to re-install it.

I did a fresh install, then i linked it to my original database since it has all my forums and everything set up but it comes up the same error and it's starting to become annoying now :(. I haven't changed the style this time just so you know. What am i supposed to do now, and does anyone know any other software i could use that is like PHPbb3, fully customizable and easy to use? Because I don't think i want to use PHPbb3 now because of all errors, otherwise it's very nice with the looks and all.

Any ideas?

Yeah that's the problem, do you know what to do. I can pay credits for someone to fix this for me. PM me if anyone's interested and i will give them the admin username and password to fix it. Otherwise i'll just change the software i am using for the forums...

You need to change the forum permissions.

If after this it is not fixed, check if that here are image buttons, in styles/prosilver/imageset/ and then here needs to be a "en" folder, with images like button_pm_reply.gif or button_topic_new.gif

Please look in your error log, if there are images not found.

OK Here: Go To Forums Tab. Go To The Link That Says Forum Permissions. Click The ALL CheckBox. Under the groups box, Use Shift To Select All The Groups. Click Edit Permissions. Set Them To Your Liking.

No it's just not working, i managed to changed some of the permissions but now when i try to change them it comes up with the same error :

"Information

The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again."

What am i supposed to do now? :(

I think i have fixed it now, never mind. Could someone please register and post something in the introductions area so i now it's working please?
