phpBB3 installation - Need help

Hi..

Decided to try out the phpBB3 software. Uploaded to my site... no problem. Following the installation instructions the next step was to point to the installation and it is supposed to sense that it hasn't been setup yet and and display the setup screen. Well it seems to seems to have done that because it goes to a subfolder called install and runs the index.php there, but all I see is a plain white screen.

This is somewhat new to me so I need a little hand holding. Mine is a free account (just in case that makes a difference) and I am not sure what version of PHP I am accessing on X10hosting.

You currently have the Basic PHP (v1)
You need Intermediate PHP for phpBB3 (v2).
To get Intermediate PHP, login to
http://www.x10hosting.com/login
with your forum username and password (the account you used to login here) and at the bottom left, select Intermediate PHP. Type in your reason why you need to upgrade (for you, it would be phpBB3) and submit your upgrade request. Wait a couple of days (you will receive an email when it's upgraded) and try it again.
