PhpBB3 Internal Server Error

I'm trying to convert MyBB to PhpBB3 but everytime I do that and wait for my database to convert from MyBB To PhpBB3 it keeps loading for like good few mins until I get error saying this...

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please help me put my MyBB database to PhpBB without getting errors.
