PHPBB3 & MySQL Error

I am getting the following error when trying to access my forum:

Return to index page
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Access denied for user '.............'@'localhost' (using password: YES) [1045]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

I haven't made any changes to MySQL or anything else for that matter. And ideas what phpBB can't access the database?

My site was offline for a bit b/c I didn't logon the forums. Could that have anything to do with it?

Have you tried deleting the user in cPanel, and recreating it?
