phpbb3 problem

hi i was gonna install a phpbb3 forum on my website but i get this error all the time:

Could not connect to the database, see error message below.
Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111

what could be wrong?... Is the DSN: stoli ?

it s probably what it says ... it lost connection

i would retry a little later if i were you, probably something is or went down ;-)

but i've bin trying sence last night didin't work then and its not working now :/

well you could check what server you are on in cpanel and then see if anything is not working at this non suported link, it can give you an idea of what could be wrong

make sure you use "localhost" for the DB host settings..
