phpBB3 Skins Not Showing

I've uploaded the skin that I want to use with my phpBB3 forum, but it doesn't show up when I go into the Styles tab. How do I fix this? Does it have anything to do with the way I uploaded it (I used the File Manager in the cPanel)?

did you upload them in your forum style directory?

Yes, I did.

Have you then installed them using the phpBB admin panel?

i.e. image set and theme.
