phpfox ... deleted files

hieee

i hv deleted all files inside the public_html
there is only one folder cgi

now i wanna install phpfox to my adfree account
i hv uploaded all files and folders to public_html

then i browsed to the install.php ..
there nothing in window .. it seems to blank ..
what's the prob ????

i hv checked the reqirements for install it says all are correct ... what shud i do now ??

and i set all files and folders to CHMOD 777 .. coz in phpfox instructions like that only ....

help me plzzzzzz

hey ........ i hv set all permissons to 755 ..

but am not gettting .. all files are uploaded corectly ..
when browsing to install file .. browser seems blank in IE n FireFox
