Following the creation of Support Request 062610 concerning no access to CPanel

Outstanding notification password change has been processed
Can now access CPanel
Not able to access PHPMyAdmin
Message: Wrong username/password access denied

Didn't realise the username was case sensitive.

Are you winding me up.

Does not make any difference, same error message

Try this:
Go to cPanel ( http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ ) and click on Remote MySQL.
Add this to the allowed list:
int.fris.x10hosting.com
