phpMyAdmin Access Error

Hello,

I am getting an error trying to access my phpMyAdmin. Here is a screenshot: https://prnt.sc/pwp09l

And am accessing it right from the main cPanel after logging into x10host website. I was just in there few weeks ago without any problems.

I may be wrong but it looks like your trying to log in to the main mysql using a deleted
blocked or wrong username/password.

It can't be that or I wouldnt be able to login into the cPanel.

have you tried switching the cpanel theme to paper_lantern ?
(i can log in to phpmyadmin just fine)

im on xo5.x10hosting.com your on the xo6.x10hosting.com
there might be an issue with the server your on.

paper_lantern is now the only theme cpanel for x10 hosting
is using now. since they dropped the x3 theme.
there is no 2nd theme at the moment.

just above the statistics on paper_lantern themes is the theme switcher.
sometimes you may have to reset the theme to paper_lantern for
it to kick in again.

I already selected Basic in the Theme Switcher but it does nothing.

If there was a server issue support may need to reset your mysql
you might get a faster response if you emailed them about the issue.
it may be a ridiculously long time before support would see/act on
issues posted in the forums.
