phpMyAdmin became slow after 10 minutes of me using it

Well... And CPanel is getting VERY slow... No, its not my internet connection. Is it something to do with servers?

Sometimes the servers experience a high load. After a few minutes, the problem should fix itself. If the problem persists for more than an hour, please let us know.
