PHPmyAdmin Broken

I get an error when I try to access PHPmyadmin
phpMyAdmin - Error
#2002 - The server is not responding (or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)

Phpmyadmin still broken

but site works again

They updated, cpannel everything sql is broken for me
