phpMyAdmin - Can you use it on X10

I have a joomla site and I regularly back it up, but I can't back up the mysql databases, so I thought about phpMyAdmin and noticed that you can download it and use it on a website.

I am requesting if you can use phpMyAdmin or not on x10, If not, that's 100% fine I'll try and fine some online version.
But I would like it on my site so I could just type in my website name and then /backup and it brings me straight to phpMyAdmin

cPanel ==> phpMyAdmin is installed. You do not have to add your own.
