Phpmyadmin doesn't load..!

Hello,

Phpmyadmin taking a long time to load. Only the right panel loads but not the left side of the panel.

Also there's a warning message at the bottom.

Warning: "A newer version of phpMyAdmin is available and you should consider upgrading. The newest version is 4.0.9, released on 2013-11-04."

Any info will be appreciated!

If you download the latest version of PHPMyAdmin from here > http://www.phpmyadmin.net/home_page/downloads.php

You can then upload the ZIP to your root directory and unzip it.

Then you can navigate to it. It will be faster, easier to access and up-to-date.
