PhpMyAdmin - Error "No database selected"

Hi,

I'm trying to import my local database to PhpMyAdmin in cPanel, but when I choose my database file (.sql) in my computer and I want to import it, an error as occured :
"MySQL as answered : #1046 No database selected".

Can you help me, please ?
