PHPMyAdmin error

I cant login to phpmyadmin , it says password is wrong but i didnt enter a password. i just opened it through cpanel

If the MySQL database server is down, then the database table used for MySQL account and their privilages "cannot be found". So yea, the MySQL server is down. Give it a few minutes.
