phpmyadmin login error!

i cant login to phpmyadmin.. It gives me an error!
Wrong username/password Access Denied..
i try the php sql script
like
mysql_connect("localhost","myusername","mypassword") but it gives me error like
.Warning: mysql_connect() [ function.mysql- connect]: Access denied for user 'myusername'@'10.33.248.80' (using
password: YES) in /home/jhay006/ public_html/db.php on line 2 Could not connect

any ideas?

Note:myusername, mypassword is not my true username and password . It is only example. Hehe .i hide it for my security reason so dont be confused ..
