Phpmyadmin not loading

Hello ,
When I click on phpmyadmin through mu cpanel , page is never loaded fully. Also the bar on the left does not appear. Can someone help me please? Since I did not find this topic in FAQ's , please dont close this without any reason.

Works fine for me. What server are you on? (This information can be found via the left hand side of your cPanel).

I am on starka server. But I get the left bar when i create a new database. Thnaks for your help!
