phpMyAdmin not working, I get "IP mismatch"

I just needed to use phpMyAdmin and it is not working, I get an empty browser tab with the unformated message "IP mismatch" no matter which browser I use.

Could you please look into it.

Could you have set up your account at one location (home) and are trying to log in at a different location (school, work)? These places would probably have different IPs.

Your OP is not clear. Browsers, now work stations. Using the station with issue, login to the account panel. (x10hosting.com/panel)
If no error code. proceed to the hosting control panel via the button link. (Directadmin) Use DA to access phpMyAdmin.

By workstation do you mean a single laptop used on two different networks?

"IP mismatch" on mobile data network, ipv4 - ipv6.
