phpMyAdmin not working on fris

cPanel, FTP and my web site on the fris server are now all working. However, when I attempt to run phpMyAdmin from within cPanel to access my databases, there is no information displayed about my database, tables, etc. When I click on the cPanel MySQL Databases icon, I can see my databases and users with the correct permissions. Under Remote MySQL I see an access host of int.fris.x10hosting.com.

Add Fris's IP address to the remote MySQL list:
69.175.6.94

I still can't access my databases using phpMyAdmin.

I've tried adding fris's remote IP address: 69.175.6.94. That didn't help.

I've tried changing passwords (4 times). That didn't help.

I can't even get phpMyAdmin to run at all now. All I get is a message saying,
"Please be patient, you will be redirected in a moment...." I tried being patient. That didn't help.

I can get phpAdmin to run now, but it hangs when trying to display the databases. All the tabs seem to work on the initial screen, except for the Databases tab.



When I click on the Processes tab it shows that it is hung up on a SHOW DATABASES command:



Does anyone have any idea why this isn't working? Is anyone experiencing the same problem. Is there anyone on fris who is getting phpAdmin to work successfully?
