PHPMyAdmin not working

Is anyone else having this issue?
I go to cPanel and select the PHPMyAdmin database utility. I get a screen that says "Please be patient, you will be redirected in a moment...."
And that's it. It never redirects.
Kind of annying when WordPress wants to update and you can't backup your website database.

What server are you on?

My free account PHPMyAdmin on https://xo2.x10hosting.com:2083/ is fine.

In the mean time, I'd install "all-in-one WP migration".
You can get a data base backup from within your WordPress site.
