PHPMyadmin prompt Wrong username/password. Access denied.

I have created a database & user will full Access Privileges. When I hit PHPMysqladmin there is a return error saying 'Wrong username/password. Access denied.'

Anybody have any idea to resolve this problem?

Is it only for that database or is it for the whole PHPmyadmin?
