Phpmyadmin taking too long but still not loading

I'm trying to access phpmyadmin but its taking too long and still not opening, I've tried it on Internet Explorer, Oprea and Firefox...

Kidnly rectify this problem

ohhh 2nd problem has been solved I was using wrong user id for database, but the first problem of loading time issue still exists

You'll see this happen during peak hours, can you try again in 1-2 hours to see if the phpMyAdmin problem still persists?
