For two days I have been experiencing much lag into getting phpmyadmin to open, is there a possible issue regarding this or, is it on my end? I tried clearing my cookies, and cache and still had trouble it takes about 5 minutes for it to open. Thanks in advance for helping.

Yeah I've been having the same issue lately on the Level server with phpmyadmin it is really quite a hassle since my site is basically run off of it. I honestly have been thinking of creating a dynamic page on my website so I can access it all there instead of going to phpmyadmin and make changes as needed.

I think that this is the case with most users on the free hosting. Probably some back end issue with the server due to the amount of users. You might want to try using another database management software such as SQLBuddy which you can simply install by uploading to a directory on your web root.
