hey everyone...im just wondering. are phproxies allowed?

Nope, they're too risky, we can't allow other people to mask their actions through our IP I've already banned 3 people for using them.

What are they?

Its a "proxy server" that uses php instead of a dedicated program like SQUID

Note I use the term "proxy server" lightly
